Before being able to realise a building, there are different crucial steps and studies that must be undertaken. From the conceptual design to acquiring the required permits and conducting environmental and technical studies.

Within the Gentoo ecosystem there is always a partner with the right know-how to put a project on track right from the start. We think not one, but ten steps ahead. This means that we know long before the first brick is laid exactly how we can realise a project with minimum ecological impact. In doing so we are assisted by, among others, BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Digital Twin to generate real-time simulations.
